Image.Reality.” He is a frequent  commentator on political and social justice issues - including the Netflix documentary “Trial 4” - and was the host of the Globe’s award-winning nine-part podcast “Murder in Boston” on the Stuart murder case. He was the Globe’s City Hall bureau chief, State House reporter and deputy political editor before becoming a Metro columnist in 1998.
