From Finance To Therapy: Serving Families With Care

Healing isn’t a one-size-fits-all plan, and this conversation proves it. We sit down with therapist and community builder Riechelle McAllister-Williams who left a 20-year career in finance to follow a calling into mental health serving children, BIPOC families, and neurodivergent clients with a blend of clinical skill and cultural humility.
