From Football to Film: How Morehouse Shaped My Purpose. — Ep.79

Tosin sits down with Morehouse alum, educator, actor, and viral sensation DaSan Onyx Frazier. From a family of pro boxers in Minneapolis to the historic halls of Morehouse College, DaSan shares how his HBCU experience shaped his identity, leadership, and love for teaching Black history—through rhymes, raps, and viral TikToks. We talk about the decline in Black male college enrollment, what it’s like to work with Hollywood legends like Will Packer and Tyler Perry, and how a spontaneous idea turned into a Black History movement. Whether you're an HBCU grad, an aspiring student, or just someone who believes in ambition, Black excellence, and the power of finding the right community—this episode is for you. All opinions expressed by guests do not reflect the views of "I Love My HBCU?" A new episode premieres every Saturday at Noon EST.
