From Fragmentation to Wholeness [Episode 9]

from The Intentional Clinician: Psychology, Philosophy, Therapy, & Change · host Paul Krauss MA LPC

The Intentional Clinician Episode #9: From Fragementation to Wholeness In this solo episode, I discuss how our attitudes and personal habits effect the way we live, and how to bring about change in a fast-paced world, with regards to the following broad concepts: the concepts of fragmentation and wholeness, feeling overwhelmed by choices and the constant bombardment of media in our current culture, how to deal with the paradox of risk and uncertainty in life, how to find a passion and keep it, and go from being a master of none to a master of something. And that is just the tip of the iceberg. I will use many of my own stories throughout, stories I have heard, as well as quotes from authors and philosophers that I like. Here is a quote about wholeness that spoke to me: Wholeness does not mean perfection, it means embracing brokenness as an integral part of life.- Parker J.
