From Franchise to Freedom with Kim Eastman Deimling

This is a recording of our biweekly Coffee with Clancy series. Kim Eastman Deimling, owner, and founder of Big Shot Photo Group, was a stay-at-home mom until 2013 when she decided to turn her love of entertaining and photography into a photo booth rental business. For five years she successfully operated within a franchise but decided to branch out on her own once her contract came up for renewal.  The transition was complicated and grueling but was ultimately the best business decision of her life. Kim tells us her story and we hear from other business owners about how they are doing in the wake of COVID-19.
