From Grief to Grind with Andrea Moore

As some of you know I am finishing up my senior year at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Last week, on April 30th 2019, a tragedy struck my campus as two students lost their lives in a campus shooting. It's one of those things you never think will happen to you...until it does. I am still trying to process everything and prepare for my graduation next week. If they are going through a time of grief, transition, heartbreak, or you just haven't spoken to them in a while, don't wait for them to come to you. Invite them out to lunch, call them up just to chat, write them a hand written note, a little gesture goes a long way when someone is in pain.
