I have coaches because I understand the value of hacking the learning curve and getting the information and support I need from someone who has it.When:About nine years ago I started on a journey of altering the way I looked at the world around me. It has forever changed my life. I went from living a seemingly purposeless life to being a world traveler, national-level competitive bodybuilder, NASM-certified personal trainer, Marathon finisher, Mountain climber, Ironman triathlete, and martial artist. I built an amazing life far more fulfilling than I could have ever imagined just by changing the way I think and view the world. The best time to start is now. How:It has been a process of working on myself daily but through my transformation, I was able to learn so much about myself. I use my experience in life, and as a personal trainer to help as many people as I can on their own journey in relation to life and fitness. If you’re reading this, that means you. I’m a personal trainer in Akron serving Stow, Cuyahoga Falls, Green, North Canton, Jackson, and surrounding areas. If you’re ready to make a real-life change I’m your guy. Together we’ll focus on nutrition, exercise, and mindset. This is a 3 part problem with a 3 part solution. Do not be nervous or fearful of stepping up and taking control of this area of your life. You’ll soon see what you’re really capable of.Support the show

The move towards more renewables in our energy systems complicates matters even further, requiring the development of an integrated power grid and continuous and steady transformation of the UK power system. Network flows must be managed reliably under uncertain demands, uncertain supply, emerging network technologies and possible failures and, further, prices in related markets can be highly volatile. Mathematicians working with engineers and economists, can make significant contributions to address such issues, by helping to develop fit-for-purpose models for next generation energy systems. These interdisciplinary approaches are looking to address a range of associated problems, including modelling, prediction, simulation, control, market and mechanism design and optimisation.
