In Episode 7 of The Fitze Is Right, Maryland realtor Jen Fitze sits down with Jocelynn, a 24-year-old first-time homebuyer who just closed on her first house. In a market where the average first-time buyer is 40 years old, Jocelynn did it at 24 — self-employed, fresh out of debt, with a credit score she'd been rebuilding for less than two years.Two years ago, Jocelynn quit her corporate job to start her own business.
