From Hungary to Texas: Michael and Brigitta's Culinary Journey

On this episode of the Hungarian Heritage podcast, I will be speaking with Michael Csabai "Chubboy!" He and his wife Brigitta are the owners of Brigitta’s Hungarian Restaurant in Kilgore, Texas, y’all. Michael shares all about his and Brigitta’s Hungarian heritages, he tells us about all of their family and life experiences both in the US and in Hungary, and how their family journey finally led them to Kilgore, Texas where they now make authentic Hungarian food in their restaurant, Birgitta’s Hungarian Restaurant. Their Hungarian Heritage story is not only exciting, but I know you will especially enjoy Michael’s charisma for storytelling, as you will hear what a great story teller he is in this episode when he recounts all places and experiences that led to his passion for cooking and talking about his Hungarian Heritage to his customers.
