Before becoming an NP, Laura worked in high-acuity environments including the Surgical Trauma Burn ICU at the University of Virginia Health System and the Neurosurgery ICU at NewYork-Presbyterian. Throughout her career, she served as a charge nurse, preceptor, and clinical educator. Grounded in a commitment to preventative care, Laura views health as a multidimensional journey.
