In this episode, I talk with Evan Schmidt, the CEO of Valley Vision, a non-profit and civic leadership organization. Evan shares how her interest in community issues from a young age propelled her into becoming a leader and the difficulties she faced in making the shift from a young age to becoming a leader. She explains her particular style of leadership, which is characterized by being an introvert, pushing herself to do the work she cares about, and being sensitive, empathetic, and analytical.
