In this role, Harvey works with the Farm Bureau President and senior leadership to develop and implement the Company’s strategic management plan. Harvey oversees the day-to-day functions of the Company. In 2001, he joined GFB as a Legislative Specialist and later served as Director of the organization’s Public Policy Department.
