Getting out of farming is a lot tougher. We have not celebrated that part of our operation as much as we should. Find somebody to share the success with. The upside of farming today for the younger generation looks bright. Take a chance by saying yes more than no. Understand that this world is bigger than your back porch. Build your self-worth through your actions. Celebrate the big moments in life, not just the small ones. Be open to sharing your successes with others.
