From MLB All-Star to MFCC Member: How My Fishing Cape Cod Ignited Mike Remlinger's Surfcasting Success

Welcome to another edition of the My Fishing Cape Cod Podcast presented by Cape & Islands Mitsubishi! In this episode, we are joined by former All-Star MLB Pitcher, and current MFCC Member, Mike Remlinger. Mike spent 20 years pitching in professional baseball with almost 15 full big league seasons under his belt! The pride of Plymouth, MA has returned home after a successful baseball career and joined MFCC to help educate himself on the salt water fishery around Cape Cod. Mike grew up as a freshwater angler, but since joining MFCC, he has successfully landed big Stripers from shore. In this podcast Mike also discusses Bonito, False Albacore, Tautog, and Blue Fin Tuna. He has joined AJ Coots and his wonderful staff down at Red Top Sporting Goods in Buzzards Bay, Massachusetts.
