From Muggle To Magic with Connie Viglietti

In this episode:   How Catholicism and Reiki are connected, I know. I'm Jewish, I'd never made this connection either. How our own perceptions and definitions of success and failure inform how we show up or don't show up in the world. We can connect to and remember who we are by giving ourselves time and space to breathe and listen. Starting with 5 minutes a day we can begin to train our systems to be more patient and honor our own boundaries.
