From Near Death to New Life at Midlife: With Catherine Grace O’Connell

from Ignite Your Confidence with Karen Laos · host catherinegraceoconnell, karenlaos, karenlaosconsulting

Highlights:After battling with illness for so many years and conquering it, Catherine asks herself: why am I here? She realized that illness can also manifest itself in your outlook on life, so one day she made the decision to put the illness aside and instead begin to be well, to think well, and to live well.Humans are born to create and creating can be immensely healing. Catherine reminds us that everyone can create, both physically and mentally, and also that you can create from a lot of different, amazing places. If you don’t feel like you’re in a place of inspiration, create that place for yourself! You can’t truly connect to others unless you’re connected to yourself. When it comes to confidence, it's all about what you believe, and you must believe in your own abilities. How do you begin to do this? Become a kid all over again and do the things that bring you joy! When you do the things that make you feel alive and light up inside, you become grounded. This is how you achieve confidence and connectivity with others, and most importantly, with yourself. About Catherine:I’m Catherine Grace O’Connell, an Ageism Positivist, An Empowerment Catalyst, the Founder of The Forever Fierce Revolution, a global Facebook Community dedicated to supporting and celebrating the Modern Midlife Woman, and the CEO of Forever Fierce Media, a female-focused message based digital media agency.Four years ago, my life looked vastly different. I was a woman who almost lost her life to late stage Lyme Disease, disempowered from decades of trauma and abuse. I had no self-esteem, no passion, no purpose, and no future. What changed?I changed! My beliefs changed and my life began to dramatically transform. I let go of who I was told to be in order to become the woman I had always desired to be.I’ve been on a deeply spiritual path for over 25 years. I have my Masters in Spiritual Psychology and a PhD from the University of Rise Like A Phoenix. I’m an energy worker trained in many different modalities. I’ve studied with some of the top spiritual teachers, mystics, and mentors who empowered me to understand true transformation happens from within. I didn’t have a Tribe so I created one! I found my Voice and have no inhibitions to using it. Our attitudes, beliefs, energy, patterns, and behaviors in the present determine our future. What we think and believe directly affects how we age. Through my life experience, I’ve become an expert at Mastering Modern Midlife and it’s my passion to share what I’ve learned with others.Connect With Catherine:IG: https://www.instagram.com/catherinegraceo/?hl=enFB: https://www.facebook.com/catherinegraceohttps://www.facebook.com/masteringmodernmidlifehttps://www.facebook.com/groups/TheFierce50Blog: https://catherinegraceo.com/about-cgo/Confidence E Book: https://catherinegraceo.com/start-mastering-modern-midlife-today/Forever Fierce Media: https://www.foreverfiercemedia.com/About me:Karen Laos is a keynote speaker and leadership coach equipping women to stand out with unshakable confidence.
