He got his MBA in sustainble business and started real estate investing as a passive investor in 2011. He worked as a fundraiser for Safe Passage, an NGO that educates kids living in the Guatemala City Garbage dump and then for Bowdoin College. All the while he built a portfolio of rental properties which has now grown to 94 units. Dave quit his day job in 2019 to be a full time commercial broker, syndicator, and owner of his company Katahdin Property Management..
