From People Pleasing to Energy Healing with Energy Medicine Practitioner Laura Sanchez

Episode 11: In this episode, I sat down with Laura, an energy medicine practitioner and nurse practitioner, to explore the complex connections between energy healing, people pleasing, and setting healthy boundaries.
