He pulled out a map, told her everyone barbecues outside, and she was sold.What followed was a crash course in the American dream—selling everything they owned, arriving with a two and three year old, and discovering that their five-bedroom house in the English countryside wouldn't even buy a shoebox in the Bay Area. Her friends called her Pioneer Woman. She taught spinning at the YMCA, ate ramen noodles, and saved every penny until they bought their first home in San Carlos in 2004.Now, as a broker associate and partner at Vibrato Real Estate, Viv has made it her mission to help others navigate the same journey.
