From Pitch to Pilot: What Goes Into Creating and Developing a TV Show?

Orchard Farm productions is a TV production company created by Mila Kunis, Lisa Sterbakov, Susan Curtis and Cami Curtis. Together these woman have developed and sold 12 TV shows since the company was formed in 2014 and have several more currently in development. I had the pleasure of interviewing Lisa about her role in the company and how she balances such a demanding job with two young kids. She gives us a unique behind the scenes look at what goes into the making of a TV show from start to finish. And how she feels more comfortable in her role as a working mom than a stay at home mom.
