Wes became familiar with gang activity and incarceration at an early age and struggled with substance misuse for 14 years. He graduated from a long-term treatment facility in 2014, and successfully completed State Probation in 2016. Wesley has been working in the field of Substance misuse as a Peer Support Specialist for over 5 years now. He continues to be involved in the community, advocating for those who are struggling. Pursuing his passion for helping others, Wesley provides hope, that we can overcome and become productive members of society. Wes is one of my favorite people and a true beacon of hope in our community.
