He uncovers their unique journeys from the youth level to the pro ranks as well as the business passions and ventures they have pursued along the way.  Zach Pfeffer is a former 6-year professional soccer player in Major League Soccer with the Philadelphia Union and Colorado Rapids, as well as TSG 1899 Hoffenheim of the German Bundesliga. Following the 2016 MLS season, Zach retired and then completed his undergraduate degree in Finance at Temple University where he joined Goldman Sachs in 2019 as an Investment Banking Analyst. Currently, Zach is a Private Equity Associate at Brightstar Capital Partners in New York. Russell Canouse is a current professional soccer player in Major League Soccer with DC United after breaking into the Bundesliga. Russell spends his downtime building out his skill sets and business ventures.
