(Jeremiah 31) We don’t have to do anything to earn His love or His salvation other than repent from sin and selfishness and surrender our hearts and lives to Jesus. He took all of our unholiness onto Himself so we can stand before the Throne of God perfectly holy. In the meantime, we are supposed to run away from sin and when we blow it, repent and get back up quickly and keep running with Jesus. We are not perfect and Jesus doesn’t expect us to be perfect, but He does expect us to pursue Him and His holiness with all our guts.
