from Everyday Ultra · host Joe Corcione

Every ultrarunner has a story. We all have that one race that totally changed our life. We all have those internal struggles that led us to want to continue to push ourselves. And we all have that inner desire to strive for bigger goals, while enjoying the rewards that come from each finish line. And in this episode, I share my own story. As the Everyday Ultra Podcast grew, many of you have been asking to have someone interview me: so, that’s exactly what this is episode is. Today, I pass off the interviewing role to Chris Ronzio, the Founder and CEO of Trainual, and Jonathan Ronzio, the CMO of Trainual, who are both the incredible leaders I work with at my day job at Trainual. These two amazing guys asked me some deep questions about my background, how I got into ultrarunner, my approach to training and life, and lessons that everyone can apply to be a better endurance athlete, every day. This is my story. And I hope that there’s something to learn from my journey that will help you conquer your biggest challenges, while also creating the fulfilling life that you desire for yourself.
