He also holds an undergraduate degree in Asian Studies from California State University, NorthridgePrior to his retirement he served as President & CEO of a food safety company, worked as an independent business consultant focused on agrobiotechnology, and was Vice President Global Product Development and Supply/ R&D at Embrex Inc. prior to the company’s acquisition by Pfizer. Mr. O’Dowd began his international career at Solvay Animal Health where he served in various capacities including Vice President Sales and Marketing-Latin America, International Marketing Director, and Regional Marketing Director Asia/Pacific.
