From Sidelines to Finish Lines: Overcoming a Year of Injury

We have a BONUS episode for you before we begin season 2.  We couldn't sit on this one!  Honestly, we have been waiting for a year to do this podcast.  Way back in January of 2022, Amy got into a minor car accident that turned into a major injury that derailed *almost* her entire 2022 season. And we kept saying, "This journey would make a good podcast once Amy is better."  Almost one year later, we were able to do just that. Our hope in sharing this, as is the goal in any bit of storytelling (no matter what the subject) is that this conversation gives you a either a "window" into what it's like to overcome an injury (or illness); or this conversation will act as a "mirror" in which you connect and see parts of your own journey reflected back at you, perhaps when you have had to come back after your own setback. We didn't sugarcoat anything in this one (we never do!), but as is the case in most good stories, there is a happy ending.
