For Laura Dottori-Attanasio, growing up in a small Quebec town was a perfect training ground for a career that led to her becoming the president and CEO of  Element Fleet, one of North America's largest fleet management companies. “You have to get to know the people in your community and you have to help one another out,” she tells Goldy Hyder on the Speaking of Business podcast. “You need to be resilient.
