Today’s guest is the definition of living the American Dream. She grew up a small studio apartment in the former Soviet Union with no running water, had to experience Government rations due to food shortages, and on top of it all, an escalating war prior to boarding a plane for the 16 hour flight to the United States. Her mother had her and her twin sister at the age of 18, and her grandmother raised them from the age of 1. Lyamen Savy is this week’s guest on “The Jake Dunlap Show.”Lyamen went on to Bellevue College to study Web Multimedia design, and later to the University of Washington where she finished her degree inBusiness Administration, Management and Operations. These degrees took her 9 years in total to complete, as she was working full time during her studies. After starting her career in sales, she made the switch over to marketing, and credits much of her success to the skills she learned while in sales. Lyamen worked her way through the ranks at companies such as Capital One and Microsoft, she founded 321 Ignition with her Co-founder/former work colleague DJ Haddad, and is the current CEO of the only women-owned website provider for car dealerships, where they have set the gold standard for customer experience in the automotive industry. 321 Ignition is a mobile-first website platform for car dealerships, designed to be world’s best car shopping experience.
