She is the founder/ CEO of Transformational Parenteen Academy, a company that specializes in leadership development, personal growth, and organizational change for Individuals including Parents, Teachers, Teenagers and Youths. Mute Olori is known for her expertise in helping individuals and organizations achieve their goals and maximize their potential through Leadership development programs , effective communication, team Building, work ethic, work life balance and emotional intelligence Started her career as an on air personality and actress with the NTA Network Jos in 1993 afterward joined Daar communication PLC as a pioneer staff in 1996. For over 25 years she contributed to the broadcast industry in various capacity as a presenter/ producer of the Breakfast shows, Producer African woman and Our time a youth program that was recognized by the Nigeria Merit Award committee. She rose through the ranks to become the Executive Assistant and Director Administrator to the founder and chairman Emeritus, Late Engr Raymond Aleogho Dokpesi PhD. In 2022 , she won the award as the most friendly teens Teacher and also the recognition award by the Maxwell leadership team for her contribution and support to parents and other coaches and mentors worldwide. Mute Olori has worked with coaches, trainers and mentors from all over the world and has also been privilage to speak on international platforms, adding value to society. She is currently a member of the President Advisory Council of the John Maxwell leadership certified team.
