Brewer, PhD (a Morse Alumni Distinguished Teaching Professor and past chairperson of the Department of African American & African Studies, University of Minnesota-Twin Cities. Trayvon Martin would be 28 today. Socialist Alternative Twin Cities hosted a public meeting about the murder of Trayvon Martin, Racism and Capitalism at May Day Books on Tuesday April 3, 2012 (36 days after Trayvon's Murder.)
