This show is for you; today we're joined by the legendary Todd Ford, founder of NoDa Brewing Company in Charlotte, NC. After 25 years as an airline pilot, Todd, along with his wife Suzie, and Head Brewer Chadwick Henderson, started NoDa Brewing Company in 2011. NoDa has grown from a small microbrewery to a regional force and is the state's 12th largest brewery as of 2019. They've since expanded to three locations (The OG, NorthEnd, and the CLT airport) and continue to be one of the crown jewels of the Queen City. NoDa has produced over 11.5m cans in the last three years while working on reducing the state's restrictive self-distribution cap. Now with the cap effectively removed they have set up a satellite distribution in the Raleigh-Durham market. Their goal is to be the most successful and creative local brewery in the Carolinas.
