In climate, sometimes we want to take a soft approach, and sometimes we want to "bang people’s heads together". Such is the mission of Jess Brown, my guest on today’s episode. Jess is the co-founder and partner at The Action Exchange, a Sydney-based consultancy that helps its clients engage and deepen relationships with institutional customers, investors, and other critical stakeholders on a variety of topics, climate chief among them.
