From the Frontlines: ADL Encounters Both Hate and Tolerance in Textbooks in the Middle East

"From the Frontlines" is an ADL podcast. It is hosted by ADL New York/New Jersey Director Scott Richman and focuses on ADL's efforts to fight hate and antisemitism in the United States and around the world. This week's podcast focused on a pioneering joint study by ADL and the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change to assess education reform in the Arab world since 9/11. This new study documents the extensive calls for such reforms from Arab activists and leaders, as well as from the international community, after 9/11. And it explains how the region’s uneven progress in this area over the past two decades can offer a roadmap for addressing remaining content that contributes to hate and violence.
