Matt holds a Ph.D. in food science which is accompanied by a charisma which makes him a joy of a guide through today's food scene, but also makes him an interesting and informative interview. We love food on this podcast and Matt was kind enough to give us some of his time to answer questions about what food science is all about as he walks us down what his curious taste buds have been finding.
