#091. We've been off to see the wizard and now we tell the tale! Spencer Saylor, owner of The Wizard of Za in Columbus, Ohio, has had a 2020 to remember. From Instagram foodie to pizza chef and restaurant owner, he experienced a business be born and grow to local notoriety within a year. We do talk pizza eventually, but Spencer already has a wealth of experience to share with all of us who have dreams. He chats with us about focusing on your strengths, embracing simplicity, and taking the right risks while staying down-to-earth and trusting the process of creating something worth sharing. In an environment of limited dine-in ability, he mentions the ways he develops relationships and a sense of ownership for his customers.
