From Therapist To Real Estate Agent

In this episode of Girl, You So Random, I had the pleasure of having Tenaya Wade on the show. We talked about her transition from being a therapist to real estate agent, how you can self-sabotage as an entrepreneur and more.  Tenaya is the founder and CEO of Total Healing Counseling and Wellness Center, a behavioral health counseling practice that focuses on providing mental health services and resources to those within the state of Texas. Tenaya is well known around the Dallas/Ft. Worth area for the services she provides. Tenaya also manages a blog, The CLH (Coffee, Love, and Happiness) Brand, which is a blog that focuses on the ideology that we can be both happy and healing simultaneously. While the blog is newly launched Tenaya outlines her experiences in the foster care system along with other adversities she and others have overcome. Tenaya holds a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling and expects to receive her Ph. D in Human and Social Services by Summer of 2023 from Walden University. Tenaya believes her purpose is to serve her community with an emphasis on those who have been a part of the foster care system.
