Tucker Carlson called it "shocking" and "disturbing" how much "nicer" Moscow was than any city in the US. After traveling for over a week in Tokyo, outside the tourist areas, the sentiment is the same for Japan. This observation is not anti-American, it is instead a sad observation of how quickly the United States has objectively declined. Why is this? What is this perception? Things have gotten so poor for the traditional US citizen that Vladimir Putin has signed a real decree that they, and any others elsewhere in the world, can apply for temporary residence in Russia "outside the quota approved by the Russian government and without providing documents confirming their knowledge of the Russian language, Russian history, and basic laws." The goal?
