And one of the people who fought tirelessly to get this legislation passed is with us today. Kelly Willenberg turned personal tragedy into determined advocacy, pushing lawmakers to act so other families wouldn’t have to experience that same loss. Kelly, thank you for joining us. After Tucker’s tragic death, Cindy and Gary Hipps launched the Tucker Hipps Memorial Foundation, working to raise awareness about hazing and strengthen accountability on college campuses.
