The Texas House failed once again on Friday to reach a quorum as some Democrats continue to hide out of state and block the Republicans’ bill that would redraw congressional districts and give the GOP an even bigger advantage. That final map could have a big impact on the U.S. House, given the Republicans' slim majority. The redistricting battle in Texas has sparked a national debate over gerrymandering, and several Democrat-led states say they would redraw congressional maps, too.
