Luciano Svetlitze started his real estate journey started as a blink-of-an-eye snapshot in 2018 when he completed 2 wholesale deals while working his w-2, but shortly after he stopped as he did not have the proper community and people around to drive him forward. He picked up Real Estate once again in late 2020 doing rural land flips and with a few different exit strategies, one of them being seller financing, which is what sparked his interest into creative finance. Time passed by, and land transitioned into houses once again, but this time with such a great community (Subto) of like-minded individuals and support from all different angles. Today his current stage of Real Estate is the beginning phase of running a winning team, where he is growing once again, as running a team brings a new set of challenges, as well as many other rewards.
