From Winter Blues to Joyful Vibes

from Lalitha's Morning Musings · host Lalitha Brahma

In this Episode, Lalitha is explaining how she responded to the following Writing Prompt from the "Dancing Elephant Press Publications" Prompt: The Joyful December Vibes For Us. As she started writing she realized that : It is all how she processed Winter gloom in her mind. Many of her memorable and remarkable events happened in December. Taking time to say "NO" to her immediate reaction about Winter "Oh! It is cold and gloomy. I will be forced to be indoors, the thought of winter snow shoveling is scary, and yada yada…" But  Saying "YES" to her following inner child's thoughts and feelings such as: "Yes, Lalitha, let's have fun recalling how December Winter month has created wonderful memories and participate in the writing prompt" Helped her get one article and one Podcast Episode published. Yay! That is a dopamine dose for her to run her day in an inspired manner. She encourages her audience to watch their thoughts and make conscious changes to get inspired. Hello and good morning everyone. Today's podcast episode title is What's the title from winter blows to joyful vibes? This is an article written by me and published in the publication called dancing elephants prompt dancing elephants It's called dancing. What is it called?

Yeah, dancing elephant press, okay And they have what is called prompts weekly prompts So they will provide you prompt and you can make a choice to respond to the prompt and write an article Around that, okay, that's one of the things that you can do and what happens is it helps you create content, right? So you are already given a prompt which gives you an idea of you know What what is the content or what is the topic that you can cover and they'll give you some questions So that you will be able to ponder and do some mind mapping and correct the dots and then create your article So that's what this is all about anyway, let's go to our podcast episode today Once again, the title I gave for this article is Was from winter blows to joyful vibes now the subtitle is in response to dancing elephant's prompt 10 of 52 Because that is a requirement you have to give them a subtitle which prompt is it so that the editors and the politicians Publishers can link and they can create their own you know their own what to say collection of these prompts from various authors All right, thank you Dr. Preeti Singh you helped me break the monotony and truly relive the lovely December month Just by one simple act of sharing this story now remember guys this article was written in December of 2022 And I'm recording this article as an episode for my podcast solo podcast in September 2023. All right, the title of that story is The joyful December vibes for us as I welcome the last month of the year to me December month has been like the first in many Domains, let me recall as I write this prompt My join new no-bounds when I join my first job in a bank in India on December 1st I got promoted for the first time in December.

I Attracted my hadi who is both day falls in December God bless me with a baby boy in December my lovely niece and nephew In December as you can see how the month of December fuels me little love Inspiration an enriched relationship and brings joyful wives. I used to get annual pay increments in December Yeah, yet another way the month of December made me feel abundant as I'm writing this prompt I'm realizing no wonder I don't feel the December winter gloom and doom in the United States I'm thankful to God for sprinkling life events that make my December month feel like a pleasant spring rather than bitter cold winter Those were my family and professional life events speaking of external events I love the concept of decorating the Christmas tree inside our home in the United States, which we never did in India Bringing the Christmas tree from the attic would involve internal self-glot self-talk like my bother Or is it really necessary? After Christmas, I have to put it back in the attic But once the tree is decorated with the onomens and gifts placed under the tree I thoroughly enjoyed watching it and celebrating Christmas with family and friends even when I became an emptiness Devsallines family is not allowed right the presence of a Christmas tree decorated with onomens helps me beat the winter blues Driving around my kids to watch the Christmas lights decorations on the buildings and shrubs was fun refreshing and sound enriching Now as an emptiness, I love to imagine those days when kids are home and the Christmas tree inspires me to write more Get excited to catch up with learning new songs and try new things. I'm also looking forward to spending Christmas holidays with my grandson Are you ready to say goodbye to 2022 by the end of this month?

I know it's no it is irrelevant for you in 2023 Hey, this is you can now treat it as a question as are you ready to say goodbye to 2023?
