From Xerox machines to AI, WashU’s Carmon Colangelo mixes old and new technologies in his artwork

Artist and educator Carmon Colangelo retired at the end of April after 20 years as founding dean of Washington University’s Sam Fox School of Design & Visual Arts. Blending traditional and digital printmaking techniques, his work is currently on view at the Bruno David Gallery in Clayton. STLPR arts and culture senior reporter Jeremy D.
