Frozen River Film Festival

With documentary films from around the world, the line up for the 21st annual Frozen River Film Festival is set.  Kara Eggers, the Operations Director for the festival, spoke on La Crosse Talk on Wednesday about how the films are selected and how people can enjoy the different viewpoints they present.
