Fruit Inspector: Rotten Root, Rotten Fruit

Rotten Roots, Rotten Fruit | Matthew 7:15–20 Jesus warns us that not everything that looks spiritual is truly from God. False teachers can sound convincing, look sincere, and appear successful, but Jesus gives us a clear test: “You will know them by their fruit.” In this message from Matthew 7:15–20, we learn that biblical discernment is not about becoming suspicious of everyone. It is about knowing the truth of God’s Word well enough to recognize what is false. But Jesus’ words do more than teach us how to examine others. They force us to examine ourselves. The fruit of our lives reveals what is happening beneath the surface. We can polish our appearance, change certain behaviors, and learn how to look religious, but real spiritual fruit cannot be manufactured. A changed life must come from a changed heart. The answer is not simply trying harder to produce better fruit. We need Jesus to change the root. The question is not simply, “Do I look like a Christian?” but “Has Jesus actually changed me?” 📖 Matthew 7:15–20 #Matthew7 #FruitInspector #ChristianDiscernment #FalseTeachers #SpiritualFruit #RootedInChrist #SermonOnTheMount #VictoryChurch #VictoryFallon #BiblePreaching Connect with Victory Church 🌐 Website: https://victoryfallon.org ✝️ Learn about the Gospel: https://www.vbcfallon.org/the-gospel.html 📘 Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/victoryfallon ▶️ YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@victoryfallon 🎧 Listen to the Victory Fallon Sermon Podcast Spotify: https://open.spotify.com/show/0t4b6ZUjxZktMBj4RcVdUa Apple Podcasts: https://podcasts.apple.com/mx/podcast/victory-fallon-sermon-podcast/id1705624263?l=en-GB 💒 Give to Victory Church https://victorychurch1185.breezechms.com/give/online
