On the one hand, owner Joe Mansueto must really love the internal developments from Heitz and Pelzer - training facilities, youth investments, corporate culture, Lugano success. On the other hand, the on-the-field product has regressed to point of fan apathy and the sense of tone-deafness from the club. Nick gives his honest and loud opinions on what these executives could have actually done to deserve more responsibility and more money.
