Fuck You, I Won't Do What You Tell Me

from The Renegade Writer's Mouthy Musings · host The Mouthy Renegade Writer

S2E76: The Renegade Writer’s Mouthy Musings*Trigger Warning: I may have said “fuck” more in the episode than any other one I’ve recorded the past 6 months. &:^)And that’s ok. I handle my business the way I see fit. I’m always going to say the things I want to say, regardless of what anyone else thinks about it. This is my page, not yours. While 99% of my fans are super supportive and wonderful, once in a while I catch some bullshit even from my side of the political aisle. That’s more than fine. They can choose to be offended by this rant today, or they can see the logic and appreciate my point of view about it.It’s not easy publishing two articles daily and recording a podcast episode every day. I enjoy it, but there’s quite a bit of pressure to come up with something of value to say. I feel I do a great job of it, and I stick to what I know, most of the time. But I get tired of always reporting on politics. I need a break from it sometimes. And I need people to understand that. In today’s podcast, I explain in detail why I handle my Substack the way I do. While I don’t have to justify my actions to anyone, I don’t mind telling it like it is and explaining it.I feel a lot better after getting this off my chest. Give it a listen, I hope you can appreciate where I’m coming from. I value and appreciate all of my Mouthy Militia members. Thank you for lending me your ears, as always.
