Garrett had an exchange between people from his past recently that taught him a very crucial lesson. We are doing everyone, especially ourselves, a huge disservice thinking that we know who they currently are today based off of what we knew about them years ago, not allowing the growth and expansion from experience to give us an opportunity to become who we are meant to be. "When we look at a person from who they once were, we get stuck in a rut with our relationships because we don't let people become who they actually are today. The person that is in front of me is the person that I respect today, which is shown by who we are by our current results.
