The McCracken County Sheriff's Office located 37-year-old Michael Allen Young of West Paducah on July 16 inside a vehicle parked at Hodge's Convenience Store in McCracken County. According to the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet, the U.S. 51 Ohio River "Cairo" Bridge, connecting Wickliffe and Cairo, will reopen late Friday.
