Fukushima Update: Action Steps and Solutions

An unprecedented threat will unfold over the next 18 months starting with November, 2013. This threat has all the makings of a perfect storm, potentially leading to catastrophic mayhem across the entire hemisphere.  This threat concerns the precarious moving of vast amounts of damaged radioactive material from the nuclear power plant at Fukushima.
