Liverpool slipped to their first away loss of the season as Arne Slot's side shot themselves in the foot with an error strewn first half horror show that left them with too much to do after the break. The second half display was much improved and the Reds could have escaped with a point had Harvey Elliott's shot not struck the woodwork, but overall they can have no complaints.
